After the clip, you'll be put into the speedboat.

All you are required to do is race though the course before the three
minute time limit us up.

Your time will start as soon as you pass through the first checkpoint. you have to pass though all the checkpoints in the order that they appear.

Don't take to long, as the time will go quickly, but at the same time take care when going through the checkpoints, as it can take of a few vital seconds just to turn back for a missed checkpoint. Also take extra care with the jumps, as miss hitting them could prevent you from completing the missions in time.
