Property missions

There are properties in the Vice City area which you are able to purchase, and use to your advantage.
To make a purchase on a particular property, walk into the spinning house icon, and press the required button. If you don't have enough money, you won't be sold the property.
There are two types of property in Vice City, 'Business' and 'Home'.
Home properties are available to purchase at any time during the game (apart from when you are on a mission), whereas business properties are only available to purchase once you've completed the Shakedown mission.
