After the clip, you'll find yourself in a vehicle. You've got to get Phil to a
hospital before he dies.

Tommy will, however, be feeling the effects of the Boomshine, and
therefore, you'll have bad vision and reactions.

You've got to get the to hospital as quickly as you can, as best you can in your condition. You'll find that driving will be more difficult, and you may find it hard to get your bearings.

When you get to the hospital, Phil will demand to be taken elsewhere. He has a friend down in Little Havana ... take Phil there.
