Easter Egg

Hidden within the VCN building, which is located in Downtown, is, quite literally, an Easter Egg. It is located on the upper floors of the building.
While this doesn't appear to do anything of great use, it is a nice little addition to search for.
First, walk towards the VCN building, and head for the front doors. Enter through here, and you'll be taken to the roof of the building. Turn left and walk towards the ramp, which leads up to the VCN Maverick helicopter. Walk towards the helicopter, and continue to the right of it, towards the edge of the helipad, infront of the far right window. Get as close as you can to the window without falling to the ground level.
Jump through the window, and you will find the Easter Egg.
