For your information:
       People generally show up as yellow blips on the map.
       Places and buildings generally show up as pink blips on the map.

Phil will require you to work for him one job after the other. He will not wait for you to complete other missions for other people before asking you to do your next job for him.

When you complete Phil's two missions, you'll be able to purchase weapons from his place.
