This is a simple 'kill' job.
Carl, will be on his bike, doing his pizza deliveries. All you have to do is
find him and kill him. He'll show up on the map as a yellow blip.
You will probably find it best to chase him in a car, and knock him off the
bike, and if that doesn't kill him, just jump out and shoot him, or run him
over again.
Make sure you get to him quickly though, otherwise he'll get away.
