You can either do the races, or the car collection to complete this asset. However, once you've actually started earning money from the property, you are still able to continue with the rest of the jobs, until you've done them all, and earned yourself even more profit.

For each race you compete in, and win, you'll be given a cash prize. The larger the course, the bigger the prize fun when you win.

For the car collection, there are four lists which you are required to fulfil. For each list you complete, you will be given a cash reward and a new car delivered inside the showroom.

In total, there are 10 jobs within the Sunshine Auto's property. 4 collection lists and 6 races.
